We are preparing a mixture of garlic, capya pepper and roasted sesame seeds with fresh herbs, in which Labneh cheese is the main ingredient. We combine this mixture with bostan eggplant, a seasonal vegetable that we grill in the toaster. It doesn't stop here either! We put the last point with garlic, tomato sauce, and it turns out an incredibly tasty recipe. You can consume it as a starter, as an appetizer, or as a main course with some fried bread. Ingredients For the Eggplant Tower Recipe

  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil(for greasing)
  • 200 grams of labneh cheese
  • 5 sprigs of fresh onion(chopped)
  • 1 capya pepper(chopped)
  • 2 cloves of garlic(crushed)
  • 1/2 bunch of dill(chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon of sesame seeds(roasted)
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 large eggplant (sliced)

For the above:

  • 2 sprigs of fresh thyme

  1. To prepare the tomato sauce; fry the liquid oil in a sauce pan. Add the tomato puree, crushed garlic, water, salt and pepper to it and mix. After boiling a stone, cook it january low heat for 4-5 minutes and remove it from the heat.
