  • 1 cup of thin bulghur
  • 1/2 cup hot water
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 1 bunch of fresh mint
  • 2 bunches of parsley
  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil
  • 6 fresh onions
  • 2 medium tomatoes
  • 4 sprigs of fresh mint
  • 1 teaspoon of salt

How to Make Tabbouleh (Tabouli) Salad

  1. Put the bulghur, hot water, lemon juice, olive oil and salt in a deep bowl, mix and let stand on the edge.
  2. After washing the parsley, dry it thoroughly and chop it with a knife until it crumbles to the size of a bulghur grain.
  3. Chop the spring onion and fresh mint leaves as finely as possible.
  4. Peel the tomato, remove the juicy and core part from it and chop the remaining fleshy parts into very small cubes.
  5. Put the chopped ingredients in a bowl with the bulghur mixture, mix from bottom to top and serve fresh. According to the desire, you can add olive oil and lemon juice. Enjoy your meal.
