  • 1.5 cups of nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1 egg white

For the third floor:

  • 2 tablespoons of chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1 bowl of red berries

For the above:

  • 50 grams of dark chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon of milk
  • 1 teaspoon of coconut oil(or butter)
