'Fatty acids', the fatty units that make up a very large part of fat molecules, are divided into two main groups under natural conditions: saturated fatty acids and unsaturated fatty acids. The fact that a fatty acid is saturated means that the carbon molecules that make up the chain of molecules bind all the hydrogen that it can carry or, in other words, bind. In unsaturated fatty acids, there must also be at least one idle bond.

A new study published in Frontiers in Cellular Neuroscience reveals that a diet or form rich in saturated fats makes it difficult for our brains to control which food we eat.
According to research, people who want to lose weight or get rid of excess fat should be free of saturated fat as soon as possible and switch to a diet that does not contain saturated fat at all. Because consuming these fats or foods that contain them affects the part of the brain called the hypothalamus, whose task is to regulate the state of hunger (hunger balance).
As a result of the studies, researchers briefly note that these types of fats cause inflammation in a way that limits the brain's ability to control nutrient intake. More clearly, this loss of control causes people to not know when to eat, how much to eat, what to eat, and where to stop, and cannot control it.
The conditions mentioned in the previous statement are also considered symptoms for obesity. The study also found that when rats consumed saturated fat in abundance, individuals ' cognitive function decreased, and one of the consequences of this was a decrease in the power of control over their eating habits.
Professor Marianna Crispino and Professor Maria Pina Mollica of the University of Naples Federico II stated that there is currently a wide and wide range of research on the relationship between nutrition and health, but very little is known about the impact of excessive fatty eating habits or patterns on the brain.
We all agree that fatty diets can contain many of the many types of fats that are available. Most of the time, we also do not have a noticeable power of control over these varieties. In other words, it is almost impossible to determine and know for sure which food contains what proportion and quantity of which oil varieties one by one. But at least it should be known that saturated fats are found in animal internal fats such as tail oil, kidney oil; fried foods and margarines. Unsaturated and healthy fats are largely found in fish, avocado and olive oil.
Eating fish oils instead of internal fat, that is, animal fats, was among the results achieved in the study, which ensured that brain function remained normal and maintained control power in such a way as to prevent eating more than normal.
